By accessing, registering for, or using the easybet platform — including its website, games, betting services, promotions, and any related features — you ("the User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the easybet platform from time to time.

easybet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be voided and forfeited.

To access the full range of easybet services, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. easybet may merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
• Not register an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.

easybet is required to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process, including submitting government-issued identification documents when requested.

easybet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your easybet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your easybet account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify easybet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your easybet account on your behalf.

easybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your easybet account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified easybet of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

easybet will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from easybet requesting your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All easybet account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). easybet supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your easybet account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. easybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as communicated on the platform. easybet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in your name.

Anti-Money Laundering: easybet complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Transactions that appear suspicious may be reported to the appropriate authorities. easybet reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

easybet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. easybet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• easybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Unused bonus funds may expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

All bets placed on easybet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all easybet products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. easybet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or market.
• easybet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by easybet's systems shall be the definitive reference, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed on the platform and may be changed by easybet at any time without prior notice.
• easybet reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

For live casino games, the result determined by the live dealer and confirmed on screen is final. For slot games, the result displayed at the end of each spin is final. For sports betting, results are determined in accordance with the specific rules of each sport and market as published on the easybet platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the easybet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one easybet account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of easybet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the easybet platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Using the easybet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any easybet software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing easybet staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the easybet platform.
• Accessing easybet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy services.

All content on the easybet platform — including but not limited to the easybet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of easybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the easybet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any easybet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any easybet content.
• Use any easybet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorised by easybet.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the easybet platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of easybet intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by easybet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, easybet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the easybet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the easybet platform or any of its services.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or account information.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond easybet's reasonable control.

easybet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your easybet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude easybet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

easybet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using easybet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

easybet collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

easybet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the platform. easybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if easybet reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are ineligible to use easybet under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations require easybet to restrict or close your account.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, easybet reserves the right to void any pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

You may close your easybet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. easybet operates under PAGCOR guidelines, and disputes relating to regulated gaming activity may also be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.
